We’re on the hunt for a high-energy, customer-focused Account Manager to join our Customer Success team. You’ll be the go-to person for our active customers, helping them get the most out of our product through proactive engagement, expert training, and top-tier support.

🌟 What You’ll Do:

✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

✅ Deliver highly technical training and product support

✅ Manage accounts with a mix of strategy, problem-solving, and communication

✅ Host engaging training sessions & webinars

✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience

✅ Travel to meet clients and bring the human touch to tech solutions

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Customer-obsessed with a passion for service

🔹 Strong communicator (English & Afrikaans preferred)

🔹 Tech-savvy and eager to learn

🔹 Self-motivated with exceptional time management

🔹 Able to balance strategy & execution in a fast-moving environment

🔹 Comfortable with travel (Cape Town-based, national travel as needed)
